All accepted, registered, and presented papers will be submitted for publication in IEEE Xplore Digital Library. All uploaded papers in IEEE Xplore will be normally indexed by Scopus database. IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference, including IEEE Xplore digital library, if the paper is not presented by the author at the conference.
